// Pricing

Every build is custom.
Pricing is honest.

We don't publish fixed dollar amounts because we don't ship fixed dollar work. What we publish is the shape of pricing across our three tiers — so you know what to expect before you book the call.

Pricing Posture by Tier

Three tiers, three pricing shapes.

Each tier is priced the way that fits the work — productized licensing for platforms, retainered builds for AI systems, fixed scope for websites.

Tier 1

Platforms & Products

Licensing or appliance + retainer One-time platform license or hardware appliance, plus a monthly retainer for sustaining work and on-call support.

For productized SaaS and on-prem appliances — vertical platforms shipped to industry customers, or platform tools deployed at a customer site.

// What you're paying for
  • Productized software or hardware-included install
  • On-prem deployment (DGX-class hardware option)
  • MCP and REST surfaces for agent operability
  • Industry-specific feature work over time
  • Patch releases, model-roster reviews, on-call
Fits: forensic engineering firms · nonprofit reporting · specialty auto shops · clinical documentation · real estate investors · POD operators
Tier 2

AI Systems for
Operating Businesses

Custom build + monthly retainer One-time build fee scoped on the discovery call, plus an optional monthly retainer for sustaining and ongoing AI operation.

For AI receptionists, workflow automation, and local-AI deployments built around how your team actually works.

// What you're paying for
  • Custom-scoped AI build (receptionist / automation / local AI)
  • Vapi + ElevenLabs voice integration
  • n8n workflow orchestration tied to your tools
  • Local LLM deployment with hardware spec
  • Optional retainer covers tuning, monitoring, on-call
Fits: service businesses · solo operators · growing teams that need leverage
Tier 3

Web & Lead Capture

Fixed-scope engagement One-time scoped build fee. Optional small monthly for hosting + content updates if you want it managed.

For fast, distinct websites wired into intake automation. Built to convert. No template reskins.

// What you're paying for
  • Distinct visual identity (no template reskins)
  • Real client photos pulled from your existing presence
  • Cloudflare Workers deployment, custom domain, HTTPS
  • Intake automation routing to CRM / Telegram / Sheets
  • Embedded AI helpers where they actually help convert
Fits: trades · real estate · restaurants · clinics · marine · motorsport · any business with a web problem
Retainer Shapes

For Tier 1 & Tier 2 ongoing work.

When a build ships, the retainer covers what keeps it running well. Three tier shapes — exact dollar amounts get scoped on the call against your actual workload.

Standard

Sustaining tier for stable deployments. Covers basic patch releases, uptime monitoring, and a monthly check-in.

  • Patch releases & security updates
  • Uptime & SSL monitoring
  • Monthly check-in
  • Email support, business-day response
Premium

For active deployments with ongoing change requests. Adds prompt tuning, n8n workflow monitoring, and lead pipeline QA.

  • Everything in Standard
  • Vapi prompt tuning & call review
  • n8n workflow monitoring
  • Lead pipeline QA & form health
  • Priority response SLA
Enterprise

For Tier 1 platform deployments, multi-site stacks, or compliance-sensitive operations. On-call response and proactive engineering.

  • Everything in Premium
  • On-call response, off-hours coverage
  • Quarterly model-roster benchmarks
  • Compliance-sensitive deployment review
  • Multi-site / multi-tenant operation
How We Price

The principles behind the numbers.

🎯
Scoped on the call

Every project gets a custom scope and a real number, agreed before any work starts. No "starting at" prices that grow once you're in.

📜
Fixed-fee where possible

Most builds are fixed-fee. Hourly billing is reserved for true T&M situations like ongoing iteration or open-ended research.

🏗️
Hardware separate

For local-AI and appliance deployments, hardware is purchased through your operation directly — at cost, not marked up by us.

🔁
Retainer is optional

Tier 2 and Tier 3 monthly retainers are opt-in. We'll tell you when one makes sense and when it doesn't. Owning your stack is the goal.

Pricing FAQ

The questions that come up first.

Why don't you list specific dollar amounts?

Because the right number depends on your business — your team size, your hardware, your existing stack, your industry. A "Tier 2 AI receptionist" can be a one-week build or a three-month rollout depending on integrations. We give you a real number on the discovery call — usually within 48 hours — instead of a "starting at" anchor that grows once you're committed.

How do Tier 1 platforms get priced?

Tier 1 platforms (forensic case intelligence, NGO reporting, specialty shop OS, etc.) ship as either a software license or a hardware appliance with the stack preloaded. Pricing is per-customer, per-deployment — most engagements are an installation fee plus a monthly retainer covering patches and on-call. NDA-friendly conversations welcome.

Do I need a retainer to keep the system running?

No. The systems we build are owner-controlled by design. If you walk away from the retainer, your stack keeps running — your hardware, your model weights, your code. The retainer covers active sustaining work (patches, prompt tuning, monitoring, on-call). It's optional, not a lock-in.

Can I bring my own API keys?

Yes. You own the keys for any cloud-AI providers we use on your behalf — Anthropic, OpenAI, Vapi, ElevenLabs, etc. Local-only deployments don't need any cloud keys. We can also operate fully on your local stack with no third-party API dependencies.

What if I just want a website?

Tier 3 fits. Fixed-scope engagement, scoped on a 30-minute call, deployed in days. Optional small monthly if you want hosting + content updates managed. If you don't want the AI helpers or intake automation, we'll skip them — the fixed scope only includes what you actually need.

Want a real number?

Book a 30-minute discovery call. We'll scope your build and send a real proposal — usually within 48 hours. No pitch deck, no pressure, no "starting at" anchor.
